onemanosx 4
[ref]mustaqim10[/ref], This method only works with voodoops2controller.kext You are using a different keyboard driver.
mustaqim10 0
so i need to install voodoops2controller to work this
onemanosx 4
[ref]mustaqim10[/ref], Yes. You'll also need to remove the other keyboard driver to avoid conflict

jcmrdc 0
Hi guys! I have an issue here: I am following the tutorial but, when I get to the Console part, the system log returns an error when I press brightness up or down. It's not mapping the keys. Any ideas? Thank you for your time and help.

josecar 0
Hi, I came here because F1 and F2 are showing the level on the screen, the problem is that they are not really changing the brightness level at all. The max and minimum level are the same. The problem following this guide is there's no brightness slider like in my High Sierra Hackintosh laptop (see attached image). What should I do first? Thanks No brightness slider.png.zip

Thanks, it worked but there's no box for the "automatic..." (attach image) that way it's also ok to start with the tutorial? juanvascas 0
Is it possible for you to take a look of why ACPI patch is not applying properly? I tried patching it with latest MaciASL and verified that ACPIDebug.kext loaded but I was not seeing any ACPIDebug output in the system log. Thanks.
