The issue is sometimes it works perfectly without any patching. Other times after a shutdown, it won't connect to anything. So I was hoping if a DSDT would help. It turns out the usb2 connectors on the motherboard are not supported. The bluetooth connects via internal USB header which is why it was having issues. I routed the internal USB connector for the bluetooth a usb3 (intel) on back of the motherboard and it works flawlessly.
