Hi Maldon, Thanks alot for the edited DSDT, although i tried to patch it for battery stats reading and also the brightness keys patching, but i didnt got very far with it and ended up screwing it.

I then had a fresh start, patched the DSDT myself with necessary patches, now i have a working DSDT with everything working except that your DSDT had much dimmer brightness levels, but mine has much higher :shock: , can you tell me what patch you applied to get the brightness slider working?

I have one more curiosity, can i read the fan rpm using dsdt? if yes, how?

You have been a inspiror already to me.


I applied the patches in this order


From RehabMan's ACPI debug repo:

Add DSDT debug methods

Instrument EC queries


RehabMan's Laptop patches:

Remove _DSM methods

HP G6 2221ss(for Battery)

Rename GFX0 to IGPU

Brightness Fix (HD3000/HD4000)

HPET Fix

IRQ Fix

OS Check Fix (Windows 8)

RTC Fix

6-series USB

USB3 _PRW 0x0D (instant wake)

Custom brightness keys patch(have a text file with patch made for HP G6-1256ek)

Hi, i have a Lenovo V110-15ISK, and I seemingly cannot get GPU to work on Mojave for some reason. Worked fine on High Sierra.

I always get this error: (even when i use the ig-platform-id, in the guide for skylake/kabylake/coffeelake laptop hackintosh)

[iGPU] Graphics driver failed to load: could not register with Framebuffer driver!

My specs are:

i3-6006u

HD 520 & Radeon M340 (disabled in BIOS)

4gb ram 2133mhz

1TB HDD 5400rpm

Hey there guys! As I say yesterday the Vanilla of Olarila is the easiest way for me to install hackintosh. But now I have that problems:

-No Audio

-No trackpad in Sys.Pref. panel (Trackpad not found)

-At System.Pref>Displays I see a monitor from the Mac and not a MacBook screen as image.

-No battery charging. Says not charging and sticks at 0%

I'm such an idiot, I was messing about trying to get a DW1820A working and did not back up my config.plist file, therefore had to start from scratch again!It's a HP Probook 430 G3

If you could kindly sort my brightness and Battery stats, that would be amazing!Your patience is appreciated!

just looked fine there in last two days but don't found nothing working for my Lenovo X250.


I'm using VirtualSMC so i'm using too SMCBatteryManager.kext but i can't still have a working Battery Status and icon.
