it seems that I need to update macos to 14.1.3 in order to work around with my video/displayport problems with hackintool, how should I do that?

just accept the update and save efi/efi/clover then re install clover + paste saved clover in efi/efi + dsdt.aml in efi/efi/clover/acpi/patched?

my audio still not working I injected 1 then 3 + "resetHDA", I have lilu.kext and whatevergreen.kext installed, there's no audio peripheral detected

my monitor is LG 4K which color profile is known by apple but the monitor is not detected and it will be my audio peripheral, in hackintool, the displayport was not seen in conector and it shows nothing unless I choose 14.1.3 in framebuffer, so I think solving video will probably solve audio too but I probably need macos 14.1.3

Is there any chance to create dsdt.aml ? Using Z170XP-SLI motherboard. Everything seems to get working also I managed to compile kext for audio from my Asus Xonar Essence STX.

Hi MaLd0n, I tried to follow the guide to install mojave but I don't reach the setup, it starts to load then black screen .., I think the cause is that I use a hdmi cable, looking around it seems that using the displayport for the setup works well , but at the moment I do not have an adapter or a different video card, I tried both with the default configuration and also removing whatevergreen.kext and enabling ati_inject, orinoco fb and ports 5 but the result is the same.

Is there anything I can do before going to buy a DP to HDMI adapter?

.In the meantime I bought the converter from DisplayPort to HDMI and I was able to complete the osx setup the other ports did not work, so I found around this solution that solves the problem of the ports with the Shapphire RX 580 Nitro + Special Edition

Nitro, using Clover Configurator, open your config.plist and

under Graphics select:

FB Name -> Orinoco

Video Ports -> 5

Inject ATI -> select

Under Kernel and Kext Patches, KextsToPatch create a new entry and input the following:

Name -> AMD9500Controller

Find (HEX) ->

Hi, I have few question if you may help me by answering them:

I have my own build of DSDT which i created for sierra and high sierra which still work on Mojave too but in Mojave i got few problems idk if its related to my DSDT or clover or kext.

My USB3 working fine as i follow a guide on how i change names in DSDT and exclude unused USB in clover which i will provide my clover config file so you can see what are my config, But after restarting my Hackintosh my USB3 derive not loaded and i needed to unplug my usb hard drive and plugged in again and voila its back on and shows my drive.

the second problem i have is after installing Mojave i start to get kernel panic without any reason and i checked report after each kernel panic to find out what was the cause but its rand sometimes i got corrupted memory panic and sometimes i got CPU panic without any kext or software detailed in report to caused it. i checked my memory and its works fine without any problem.i don't have any memory usage as i have 32 GB of memory.

this 2 problems in Mojave but first one i don't have a lots of problem but second one is drive me crazy when i coding or gaming.

My system config :

CPU :Core i5-4570 @ 3.20GHz

MOBO: GA-Z97X-U3D-BK rev1.2

RAM: 32 GB DDR3 1600 Corsair

SSD : ADATA 128GB

GPU: ASUS GT 640 2GB

i disable thses in bios for USB3 to work :

I finish my install with the KPG guide... I just discover Olarila recently !!!

Everything works fine except 2 things.

1/ impossible to boot in dual screen without CSM enabled and H264and HECV are not recognised in VIDEO PROC

2/ Thunderbolt works fine with my ThunderboltEX3 but Hotplug impossible !

My CONFIG :

ASUS X299 Prime Deluxe - Intel Skylake i9 7920X

Gygabite 1080 Ti 11Go.

Asus ThunderboltEX3.

My kext are installed in my /library/extension.

No others cards... don't need it.

I would be very graceful if you can have a look to my ACPI and SSDTtables.

yes I used the KPG SSDT for thunderbolt.

but what's the fucking problem with the dual monitor black screen at boot ? with CSM enabled, it works ! without ... black.

Can you tell me if there is different in virtualsmc and fakesmc? I see few topics about virtualsmc which everyone says its new fakesmc.

And i already using uefi in my bios to boot.

Im on latest clover.

i just disable clover options because when i try to build my own DSDT few sites says i need to disable all options in ACPI in clover to DSDT works fine

Solved : But USB3 now not shows my external HDD

PS: Please accept my apologies i forgot to add uia_exclude=HS01;HS07;HS08;HS02;HS11;HS12;USR1;USR2;SSP1;SSP2 to boot argument.

Can you explain me why you use dart=0 and debug=0x100 ?
