I'm currently downloading an update for Monterey 12.7.3, will the current opencore EFI for coffeelake linked on this site work with it? I'm a novice to all this, I've managed to get it working previously but that was for an older version of Monterey, seems this one is a recent update.

I managed to get an update downloading by using this guide, the part about going to the app store which for me when clicking on the OS version, opened up my software update screen and searched for the latest update for the OS. https://macresearch.org/fix-no-updates-available-on-mac/
