rumeny
Hello, yesterday i install Catalina 10.15.1 using OpenCore it was success after few tries, i got the keyboard working, but i didn't manage to get trackpad working its Elan 0501 so i injected Voodoo* kexts properly and when i open System DSDT i can see there TPDE which is for my trackpad but i am not able to see it IOReg how i am supposed to fix that and attach the TPDE so i can see it in IOReg. Also i got issues compiling the DSDT i got the following error: syntax error, unexpected PARSEOP_ARG1, how i am able to fix that. I really really need to get the trackpad. It was working great with Olarila image and the kext's i was using i applied them to OpenCore as well, but i can't get the trackpad to work Acer Aspire E5-575-53vg CPU: Intel i5-6200U GPU: Intel HD 520 WiFi/BT: 1820A working great TP: Elan 0501

rumeny
I'm not able to compile or save the system dsdt via MaciASL it says syntax error, unexpected PARSEOP_ARG1
onemanosx
I'm not able to compile or save the system dsdt via MaciASL it says syntax error, unexpected PARSEOP_ARG1 Because you did not upload DSDT or ACPI tables from origin folder as requested, I can only assume the following: 1. If the error to compile is before your edit, then make sure you are using the most current MAcIASL from Acidanthera github. Or, you need to edit the DSDT to remove the error. 2. If error to compile only appears after your edit, then your patching is wrong. rumeny
I am using the most current MaciASL from Acidanthera GitHub repo. The error pops when I am compiling without patching, and I just run the Runme.App to so you can take a look, otherwise I cannot save the System DSDT. I am using OpenCore
