Chauhan Sahil Posted March 12 Share Posted March 12 I have made hackintosh OpenCore for Asus rog strix gl753vd.I have made mostly all things working, but only one thing was not working, which is fn hot keys. So, there was a kext called AsusSMC, which allows fixing the fn hot keys. But the installation guide for the kext says that we need to patch the dsdt. when i try to patch the dsdt dumped from opencore acpidump.efi in maciasl app, then it shows the exact same error as in the screenshot I attached. Even directly trying to compile system dsdt in maciasl app gives those same errors. I tried to research about this errors but could not find any proper solution. Your help will be really appreciated. Also, after applying the patches, I have to save the dsdt file as .aml and paste it under my opencore ACPI folder and snapshot using propertree and check if the it’s working or not right?
