Alysson Ailton Posted May 30, 2022 Share Posted May 30, 2022 Hi, I'm using this notebook with dual boot for working, and I've noticed that the battery is being drained too fast on MacOS (1h average), while on Windows it takes at least 4h. I'm using a pre-built EFI for this notebook, and it's working perfectly fine, except for this problem with the battery. I've already added CPUFriend and CPUFriendFriend, tried SSDT-PLUG, and many other things, but none of them helped. Also, CPUFriendFriend looks like it doesn't even matter the settings I choose, the average stills the same. This is my notebook configuration: i5-10300H 16GB RAM 3200Mhz Dual Channel GTX 1650 Ti (Disabled) *I guess maybe this might be the reason Thanks. Alysson Ailton Posted May 30, 2022 Author Share Posted May 30, 2022 (edited) Vou tentar, mas sou completamente amador no quisito de hackintosh, só consegui instalar por que segui o vídeo e usei os arquivos do Luchina. Levei 2 dias pra perceber que não bastava só adicionar a kext na pasta, tinha também que adicionar no config.plist Então pra ficar um pouco mais claro... Eu preciso reinstalar todo o sistema, ou posso só fazer alterações na pasta EFI? O que exatamente está uma bagunça? No que eu deveria focar em limpar? (como tenho 0 experiência, e o pessoal da comunidade não parece muito amigável pra ajudar, eu estou usando EFIs prontas como base) Tem algo que você acha que eu possa fazer que resolva esse problema sem ter que recriar tudo do zero e arriscar perder o sistema que uso pra trabalhar? Alysson Ailton Posted May 30, 2022 Author Share Posted May 30, 2022 Consegui fazer o boot. Obviamente o wifi, bluetooth, som, etc, nada estava funcionando, mas não ocorreu nenhum erro. Estou mandando o arquivo do RunMe.App em anexo. Fiz um teste rápido com a bateria (contar o tempo que leva para gastar 10%) e pareceu com a mesma performance de antes. Se quiser e tiver a paciência de ir me orientando, eu mesmo posso ir fazendo as configurações aqui. Pelo que entendi, seria utilizar essa EFI base, e ir adicionando só o que precisa pra funcionar WiFi, Bluetooth e tudo mais, certo? Eu não tenho nenhum pendrive bootavel conectado, o que acontece é que precisei deixar a EFI do mac no meu SSD de arquivos pra conseguir habilitar o dualboot. Aparentemente todas as USBs estão funcionando, menos o meu HUB HDMI que eu usava para extender para um monitor secundário, mas vou testar com o mapeamento anterior, ou eu mesmo fazer novamente seguindo o tutorial. Testei a bateria desativando o Turbo Boost, e de novo nenhuma diferença, na verdade até um pouco abaixo da média. É muito estranho, pq parece que não importa se o notebook está com o brilho no mínimo, com nenhum app aberto, ou se estou com o brilho no máximo, teclado iluminado, e renderizando um vídeo, ele gasta bateria do mesmo jeito. Isso acontece devido a eGPU (GTX 1650) ainda estar ativada. Mesmo o macOS não usando ela, ela está consumindo energia. Na EFI do Luchina que utilizei pra instalar o sistema, tinha uma ACPI pra desativar a placa de vídeo, mas eu suspeito que não estava funcionando. Pelo menos agora temos certeza de que era realmente a placa de vídeo o problema. Tem alguma forma de desativar a placa de vídeo, e também resolver a ventoínha?
