Asus X99 A Catalina USB install does not boot

I have the latest updated bios version

 

BIOS SETINGS  

 

 

a) Load Optimized Defaults

a) ASUS Multicore Enhancement: "Disabled"

c) Internal PLL Overvoltage: "Disabled" 

 

3.)  Advanced\CPU Configuration\CPU Power Management Configuration\

a) Enhanced Intel SpeedStep Technology: "Disabled" 

b) Turbo mode: "Enabled" 

c) CPU C-State: "Auto" 

 

4.) Advanced\USB Configuration\

a) Intel xHCI Mode: "Enabled" or "Smart Auto", depending on whether an USB3 or USB2 Boot-Stick will be used for MacOs Sierra installation (thanks to @KevinAGI for providing this important information). 

b) EHCI Legacy Support: "Enabled" 

c) xHCI Hand-off: "Enabled" 

d) EHCI Hand-off: "Disabled" 

 

5.)  Advanced\Onboard Devices Configuration\

a) SPDIF Out Type: "HDMI" 

b) PCIEX16_2 Slot Bandwidth: "Auto"

I downloaded the x99  FILES == and I replaced it with EFI USB

 

I tried several bootflag combinations and no results - it gets stuck as soon as the writing appears after reading the kernel and the dashes appear.

 

On the second PC I have a zx 170 and I have no problem, only on this PC x99 a

 

I looked at another tutorial and applied a patch after creating the usb, is this kernel patch necessary? Because I can't do this, I can't find the exact commands like in this video in the terminal.

I tried OC, it doesn't want to boot, I attached the screen with the part where it stops.
