Help with post installation

Hello all,

I have a working hackintosh....ok.....but it takes a lot to boot and according to the boot.log there are a few problems.

One of them is a black screen that stays on for a long time.

I would like to ask anyone in this community some help to fine tune my machine.

replace full efi reboot

use all hackintosh kexts in clover/kexts/other, don't use system folder like l/e or s/l/e

Thank you very much MaLd0n! I replaced the whole EFI as you said and I have only a few non apple kext in l/e or s/l/e:

The system is working fine but it still take 1 minute and 40 seconds to get to the login screen.

I guess I have to live with it but if you have more ideas please let me know.

P.S. I noticed you use fakesmc instead of virtualsmc.....any particular reason?

check in clover/kexts/other after in l/e or s/l/e

clover/kexts/other

EFI/extra/extensions

l/e

s/l/e

I found only one duplicate: RealtekRTL8111.kext

It was also in l/e and clover/kexts/other. I removed it from l/e.

Still it takes 1 minute and 40 seconds to get to the login screen...........it must be something else.
