Unable to shutdown or restart and panic screen is appear. 2. USB3.0 port can't detect USB3 Ex.HDD (USB2.0 port it's work fine) I attached a file from RunMe.app My computer CPU - Intel Core i7 8700 M/B - Gigabyte B360 Aorus Gaming3 (B360 Chipset) VGA - Sapphire RX580 Nitro 8GB Ram - DDR4 16GB Gskill SSD - Samsung 250GB EVO M2 HDD - WD 1TB I apologize for my weak english. It's possible? Thank You. Â The ATI GPU fan will spin once the card reach 60 degree, otherwise it's stay off. It's programmed into the Bios. To change it you have to reflash the Bios.
