freeze video

Hello,i have a little problem....when i open a video(vlc,youtube....)when after open a web on safari sometimes the video freezes 1 or 2 seconds and after its ok..

Any solution??

my os is high sierra 10.13.6 (17G65)

ok now i have intel hd graphics and nvidia¡¡¡thx¡¡ but same problem with safari....the video freeze sometimes when open or close tab....in firefox dont have this problem....

Hello again¡¡i sell my gtx 1080ti and now no have any graphic card...only intel hd...how to erase all nvidia drivers to use only intel hd????i look amd radeon VII..its compatible with osx???thxxxx¡¡¡
