USB-Bluetooth causando problema no USB2.0

Pessoal, tudo bem ? Comprei um USB Bluetooth, mas acontece que está causando problema com o USB 2.0. Geralmente acontece quando eu clico na App Store

principalmente na aba Update. O mouse, o teclado e o bluetooth param de responder, todos eles são conectados nas portas USB 2.0. Meu mouse e meu teclado não funcionam em USB 3.0, então só consigo reiniciar para resolver o problema entrando via TeamViewer. O problema acontece tanto no Sierra quanto no High Sierra.

Poderiam me ajudar a resolver isso ?
