Se sim, minha HD vai rodar em 6GB/s? Outra pergunta, USB 3.0 funciona no Lion? Como faço? Minha placa-mãe é a Gigabyte X58A-UD3R (Rev 2). Abs e obrigado! Quero saber se precisa de kext, se a velocidade fica mesmo em 6GB/s... Não saberia testar isso. - O USB não é deste fabricante (Lacie), é de uma tal de NEC (to vendo no site deles se tem a kext). Mas alguém sabe se funciona nativamente? As vezes nem precisa de kext né... Vlw! Quanto ao teste de velocidade você pode usar algum app como este http://mac.softpedia.com/get/Utilities/HD-Speed-Test.shtml ou simplesmente copie um arquivo grande e cronometre. Encontrei e tirei um print, pois não entendi muito bem. Apareceram vários devices na lista abaixo do driver. O meu é o ID 0194 - uPD720200 USB 3.0 Host Controller - NEC Corporation. O que isso significa? Que ele funciona nativamente? DETALHE: Ele apareceu em vários lugares, não apenas neste. Deveria, teoricamente ser o dobro, já que SATA 2 é 3GB/s e SATA 3 é 6GB/s, portanto alguma kext deve ser necessária... eu acho.
