With the new EFI you attached Edit: I have added SSDT-CPUR.aml to EFI and config and have made it past this screen and now am at the installer. I followed the guide and Have device properties set with information given in Windows + created SSDT.BRG0.aml file. I am inserting a picture of my device properties + device manager location paths. I have also created the USB Map kext. Really trying to get this PC running with MacOS. I have done lots of reading but I'm not sure what is causing it nor to have acceleration.
