[Help] ASUS TUF X670e Plus Wifi

Hi all,

I need help with my Macintosh EFI.

Here are the specs of the computer : 

• Processor : AMD 7800X3D 8cores
• Ram : Corsair Vengance 2X 16GO 6000 MHZ
• Motherboard : ASUS TUF X670e Plus Wifi
• Ethernet: Realtek RTL8125B PCI Express 2.5 Gigabit
• Bluetooth: Mediatek Bluetooth
• Wifi : Mediatek Wifi 6E MT7922 (RZ616)
• Audio:  Realtek S1220
• Graphic card : Sapphire Nitro AMD Radeon RX 6950XT 16GB
• External audio card : Native Instrument Complète Audio 6

I am currently running Ventura 13.6.3 with OpenCore 0.96 (model identifier : MacPro7,1)

System is working and stable, My Apple ID is working with all iCloud services (iCloud Drive, iMessage, Photos, App Store, Notes, Keychain). Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are working with GPU acceleration, DAW are woking well with AU and VST plugins (some make the fan very loud) with my USB sound card. AI Software working Fast Topaz Photos AI 2, GigaPixels AI , Video AI 2 and DiffusionBee AI Tools.

I still have unsolved issues:

• No internal audio
• No wifi / BT (as I read before, the Mediatek MT7922 will never be compatible)
• Graphic Benchmarks result are low in the comparaison charts with the same GPU (GPU named in some benchmarks : AMD Radeon HD GFX10 Unknown Prototype)
• Xbox Elite 2 controller is powered but no recognised in System settings
• Computer Leds and Aura are nor recognised. With Open RGB the App crash when I rescan Devices, With Aureal I cannot select any Controller
• AMD Power Gadget is working well, but Fan control is not working. SMC Fan Window is empty

My EFI folder is made with this original EFI made for the ASUS X670e Pro-ART with the same CPU and GPU I am using in this build. I found this EFI on AMD-OSX Forum.

I have manually modified a few things like Ethernet who was not the same chipset as my x670e TUF.

I’ve originally tried the EFI from olarila : Desktop AMD Bulldozer, Jaguar, Ryzen and Threadripper but I was not successful to boot Ventura or Sonoma. No Apple logo but instead the one-way street logo.

 

With my current EFI, in addition to my issues, I can’t boot on Sonoma.
I tried to upgrade Ventura to Sonoma with system update, or a fresh install with usb installer. It install successfully but after rebooting I can see the Apple logo after choosing the right start-up volume, but the progress bar doesn't advance.

I have flashed the Version 1813  of the motherboard bios a few month ago but nothing starts either, no matter which EFI is used.

My actual bios is Version 1636 (2023/08/04) and the lasted is Version 2413 (2024/02/07)

I’ve successfully make my own USB-Map with USBToolBox by following the guide but it was not working as good as the one provided with ASUS X670e Pro-ART EFI.
