[Help] Reboot loop at 12 min when installing Ventura

Hello,

I am stuck at 12 min reboot loop when installing Ventura latest version.

Hardware:

CPU: Intel Core i7-8665U Processor (1.90GHz GHz 8MB)

GPU: NVIDIA Quadro P520 2 GB GDDR5/ intel UHD 620 (disable GPU)

RAM: 32 DDR4 2400MHz

SSD/ HDD: WD_BLACK SN770 NVMe SSD 1TB

Motherboard/Laptop model: Intel Coffee Lake-U/Y PCH rev. 30/ Thinkpad P53s

BIOS: N2IETA3W 1.81 (11/12/2023)

Screen: 15.6 "FHD IPS AntiGlare LED Backlight 1920x1080

Ethernet Card: Intel I219-LM

Wifi/BT Card: Wireless Intel AC adapter 9560 2x2ac with BT5.0 (Will be replaced by Broadcom BCM94360NG - native support)

-Procedure-

-Bios/UEFI in full default settings(Just change CSM to Disable if you have a AMD GPU and Sata to Ahci)
-Use USB2 port for easy installation with no remap USB
-Users with IGPU can use -igfxvesa bootarg for easy installation
-Delete old EFI folder and paste new. Don't use merge files
-Don't use Drag and Drop into EFI partition. Use Copy/Paste instead
-Reset NVRAM one time - with OpenCore use entry "Reset Nvram" / with Clover use F11 key on boot screen
