Bartfalvy Gabor Posted January 1 Share Posted January 1 I have been using a hackintosh system built and installed by myself for 5 years.I always update to the new operating system and always with a clean install. I'm now using the Sonoma system and so far I haven't had any problems with the current or older systems. Recently, my SSD and internet usage have been very slow. Interestingly, using Desktop is fast, but when I have to move data (copy/compress/download...), the speed drops drastically and I mostly get beach ball. I've already tried reinstalling the system, several opencore versions and even returned to an older system (BigSur) once.To my surprise, nothing improved the situation. Once again, my hackintosh machine/operating system worked almost perfectly for years.
