B550M Aorus Elite AX Random Freezing

Recommended Posts

I have built a new ryzen hackintosh and installed Monterey on it using Olarila vanilla images for monterey. I had a custom SSDT .aml file for RX 6650 XT and added it to my EFI from this thread here: https://www.olarila.com/topic/31182-upgraded-rx-5500-xt-to-6650-xt-no-hardware-acceleration-10mb-graphics/.        I added this SSDT file and installed Monterey but my graphics had no acceleration and only displayed 10mb in about this mac so I switched Whatevergreen for NootRX.kext which fixed acceleration. The problem is I get random freezing whenever I open programs, move the mouse or click it. It just displays the spinning beach ball. What could cause this @MaLd0n ? I have uploaded my EFI here since it is larger than the file size limit: https://github.com/jake99x3/ryzentosh/blob/main/EFI.zip

Test this efi folder

-Delete old EFI folder and paste new. Don't use merge files
-Don't use Drag and Drop into EFI partition. Use Copy/Paste instead
-Reset NVRAM one time - with OpenCore use entry "Reset Nvram" / with Clover use F11 key on boot screen
