HELP! I'm going to install hackintosh on my laptop with two hds

I want to put hackintosh (high sierra) on a 250gb hd that has nothing, but I'm afraid of not doing it right and it ends up being left for my other hd with windows installed and my files saved.

I have another HD with Windows 10, but I'm afraid that installing something on the HD corrupts Windows 10.

Could someone give me the right instructions so I don't do something wrong and end up damaging my windows 10
