All features working, except that the Realtek ALC 1200 audio is "muddled": very low volume & bass-heavy. Used the "Olarila Monterey 12.3.raw" file burned to USB thumb drive, then replaced the EFI folder with the appropriate Crater Lake EFI folder, ran the installation procedure.
