Stuck On High Sierra

Hello everyone!

K so i have an Imac late 2011 and it has installed High Siera On it and i am unable to upgrade it further!

every-time i try to get an a from the store it tells me my os has to be BIG sur or the apps wont work!


I need to figure out a way to update ll the way to Big Sur or i wont be able to get the apps from the store and many apps i need for my daily work like Garageband and Logic Pro,Photoshop etc!
Can someone Help?

I installed successfully Big Sur on Mac mini late 2012 with this instruction:

I think installation on your Mac will be same.
