Tomprescott_128
Please help. Big Sur HDMI Audio not working on Dell inspiron 5577 laptopHi Everyone,I have got Dell inspiron 5577 with an CPU i7 7700 and intel hd graphics 630. Alc256. I have installed Big Sur using OpenCore 0.6.5Everything is working but I can’t get audio to work though HDMI. I have it installed agdpmod=vit9696 to get the hdmi working and Using Audio Device settings hda-gfx onboard-1, Layout 15000000 (alcid=21). As the built in audio and headphones are fully working. The other day HDMI audio worked but when I rebooted it was not working again. It only works about 5% of the time. Is there any boot arguments or kents I could use to get the audio working? Or any other ideas? I have been trying to fix this for months with no joy.I have also tried using FakePCIID_intel_Hdmi_audio.kent , Commander.kent (which I'm no longer have them installed) and tried using hackintool to create a patch which I could not get to work.
