Bunford
On the patch list, there is a DSDT for the non-LX version and for the Pro version so I'd imagine it shouldn;t be too difficult for those who know and understand DSDT's to patch one for this motherboard. I will extract my untouched and unpatched DSDT later on and attach here. I'd be super grateful if someone could have a look at it and fix it! maleorderbride
All P8Z68 patches are the same, try it with your mobo. Â I tried two different P8Z68 patches for this motherboard, but both restart automatically upon shutdown. I then tried to apply the specific ASUS Shutdown patch, but the same problem arises. Any ideas?

maleorderbride
I took a look at those edits, but attempting the first one led to a compilation error (device SLPE not found). I was not sure where to add the second in scope (/) and did not even know where to start for the final edits. I also noticed that C & P States are not being generated successfully. Is this a DSDT level problem as well?
Cassio
You have to insert the OperationRegion part, paste it before the last } of the file. About P and C states, check this topic http://Olarila.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=1012 Quote ASUS N53Jq • CPU: Intel Core i7-740QM 1.73GHz • RAM: 6,0GB • HD: 500GB • GPU: GeForce GT 425M 1GB 1920x1080 • OS: OS X 10.8.4 • Linux Mint 15 • Windows
