thankyou for any help.

i have updated to 10.9.1 from download, that went well, no replacement of anything.

i then have updated 10.9.1 to 10.9.2 from download and it wiped out kernel, np, replace kernel and the two kexts that came with it, reboot, perfect.

then try to do the app store update or download and both wipe out kernel, np, replace and replace the three kexts that came with it.

reboot and is fine all seems well, then STUTTERING.

i have made vanilla install of 10.9.3 installed fine, booted fine, STUTTERING.

one last point, i have backed up my entire kext folder and i just copy paste that to the install(from my working 10.9.0) and repair perms.

i have never been able to log into iCloud.
