iSheep Posted December 16, 2013 Share Posted December 16, 2013 Hi Guys, I have a XPS laptop (L502x) running on Mavericks with PCI based SD Card. vendor is jmicron (venID: 0x197B and DevID: 2391), and I used this kext ftp://driver.jmicron.com.tw/CardReader/MAC_OS_X/SD/ but not really works properly. it ONLY work with one condition: you need to plug-in the SD Card before booting into OSX. Is there any work around that can make my SD card recognized on the fly (not have to plug-in before booting)? or maybe there is/are kext(s) that I can try? It's bit painful to always reboot OSX just to get something from my camera's SD card Any help really appreciated and thanks a lot guys!
