BIOS setup for a GA-Z77X-UD3H

Recommended Posts

Hi friends!

I take some suggests about what to set up on my BIOS to run Mavericks, but the only way to make it run is to boot with a -x as flag. Each time I plug in the video card an infinite loop with Logo run...

So I don't know if my problem is with BIOS or some Kext or no idea how to solve....

I tried to save from BIOS my settings -this MB allows you to save to an external device a setting- but I couldn't found this file on any place, so I cannot share here what are my settings. If anyone knows where to find this file, i´ll thank the news :)

I have tried also to boot with GraphicsEnaler Yes & No, PCIRootUID 1 & 0, npci=0x2000 and npci=0x3000 but no favorable results.

But, as I said, I take off the graphic card, run a -x command, and can run with Mavericks. I have compile a lot of tool to see how to fix my problem: among them: Chameleon Wizard, DSDT editor, Kext Wizard, etc, but not sure how to use them what to setup....

I´ll appreciate any help. Thank you mates.….

Hello

Your problem is graphic.

It seems that you'll need edit NVDANV50Hal.kext responsible for your graphic

You'll need add DevID and VenID in info.plist of Kext

Would you said that NVDANV50Hal.kext can run my Zotac GeForce 9500 GT ?

Also, as I could´t yet find DevID & VenID for this PCI card, I emailed Zotac Technical Support and see if they can pass me this information. I don't know if they will, but I´m interested in knowing if kext for Nvidia GeForce 9500 GT will run ok my gfx card. Any idea ??

Thanks for any help …
