Stilldre79 Posted August 5, 2012 Share Posted August 5, 2012 I'm running Lion 10.7.4 and have a P5K Deluxe motherboard, I've applied the AD1988B patch to my DSDT and compile with 0 errors yet i'm unable to enable the audio, can someone assist me with this? I did it with and without the original AppleHDA in S/L/E and still nothing. Could it be any flags that's causing it form now running? Cassio Posted August 5, 2012 Share Posted August 5, 2012 If the kext is loaded and doesn't work, the codec in your mobo may have different nodes or pathmaps than the one the kext was patched for, you will need to find another kext or modify it yourself.
