Hi Artur-pt,

Thank you very much!!! Now i get sleep and speed stepping working. And Bootup without any failure :D

The only thing missing is the Battery indicator. I know i can use Applesmartbattery.kext or others, but they all use AppleACPIPlatform.kext version 1.3.5 and the recent one is version 1.6.

Do you think there is a chance to use the dsdt edits found here?:

http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/272459-appleacpibatterymanagerapplesmartbatterymanager-for-lion/

or do you know any other workaround, so i could use the recent appleacpiplatform.kext.

Thank you very much

Send me Colanders MacBook Pro.zip

Hello! I've got an Asus N76VM with those specs:

Intel® Core™ i7 3610QM Processor

Intel® HM76 Chipset

NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 630M with 2GB DDR3 VRAM

Intel HD4000 Video Card

Atheros AR8161 Ethernet

Atheros AR9485 wifi card

Is it possible to have some DSDT "tweaks" for it? Fn keys and whatever it's needed, of course..thank you! :D

EDIT: Forgot to add the zip file..

Send me .zip

Hi, Fist time requesting help. I have come a long way in my qwest for hackintosh knowledge, but I could use some help on this one. I pulled my original aml file through a Linux boot disk and then patched it with a specific patch for my Sony Vaio VPCF115FM. Installed VoodooHDA for my audio and that works great as well. The only two items or issues that I am having are the video (Nvidia GeForce GT 330M) and the builtin touchpad of my laptop. I would really like to get the onboard video working. HDMI works great, but that kind of defeats the purpose of a laptop. If I can get this working then I can move on to my next hackintosh project and learn even more. Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Can anyone help me with this? Thank you.

Hello

I have an Elitebook 8540W... a rare one with a special internal 10bit DreamColor Display wich is not detected by MacOS

this is my most urgent problem, also I have problems with Sound and Sleep I had problems with the synaptics trackpad as well but found a kext wich solves it pretty fine declaring it as a mouse, maybe there is a more elegant solution.

Send me Can's Elitebook Mac.zip

hello

i don't know nothing to resolve the screen problem, what i know some people changed it..

sleep never work with graphics problems...

trackpad also...dsdt ?

dsdt is not GOD, it helps but u hardware must be compatible and find the right kext for it.

about sound use voodoohda, or a patched applehda for u alc (audio codec)

No version of Apple HDA kext works, i found a voodoohda version wich works someway, but the sound always gets some delay after a while, for example when watching a movie... when paused and playing again its again sync a while...

i though maybe it can be solved by a clean dsdt...

Graphics do work perfect, when attaching an external screen with perfect accceleration, even cuda works perfect... only the internal screen does not work... i thought it could be possible to inject a special pin configuration or something.

What I know... I had the same problem with black display under linux... a combination of a bios and a display driver update made it work, so it has to have something to do with bios and dsdt stuff...

I already read this: http://tonycrapx86.blogspot.de/2010/01/advanced-dsdt-fixes-nvidia-graphics.html

but i can not try it because my dsdt wont compile because of errors i dont know how to fix (not enough skill)... so I hope somebody could patch my dsdt...

I agree that the trackpad shouldnt be patched in the dsdt...

thank you for your help so far!

ahh big thanks to you,

so with this am i gonna be able to use those kext drivers that i gave links? applehda etc..

so now do i have to make a fresh install and do a "post installation" as you instructed there.

after that apply that dsdt file , then install kext files.

am i right?

or should i use that dsdt file with my current installation?

and lastly : can i use this method http://Olarila.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=736 to use my amd radeon 6470m instead of hd3000 ?
