Thank you! I know didn't have all these before. I will test if it works. I generally get random crashes once or twice a day depending on the usage. I'll report back when something or nothing happens in a week or so.


Do you have some links that I can learn correctly to do all the things you did?

Hey everyone,


i'm on catalina beta 8 right and it's working fine so far except that some of my USB ports don't work. It did work on Mojave with a DSDT from a similar setup, but it would be nice to have a DSDT configured just for my hardware. I'm okay with downgrading back to mojave, if it's still too early for proper catalina patches.

Thanks MaldOn! You are a lifesaver! Will follow your useful links until I have it all settled.


Edit: I just rebooted with the DSDT patch, but now, all my touchpad and mouse movements seems a bit disturbed. I need to press real hard for it to detect a click. And the movement of the cursor across the desktop is jerky. Prior to applying the DSDT, it was all well.

Okay, here are the files with the required clover folder.


EDIT: Sorry, i had to upload the clover manually because it wasn't inside the SEND_ME.zip.

but i managed to fix it by mounting the partition before starting the RunMe.app


(unfortunately it wouldn't boot with these settings, i had to change the smbios and some GPU related things (blackscreen))

i hope that's okay :D

I already enabled the NVIDIA Web Driver.

It just happened again :( The cursor appeared like in the below post but this time no gpuRestart in the "DiagnosticReports" folder.

What could I do to troubleshoot this further?
