Currently what is not working is Brightness through macOS slider. It works through fn keys. Nvidia card despites disabled through clover is running and my laptop wont turn off when i shut down it. I mean it shuts down everything but the fan are still running and the usb ports have power. And the last problem is that macOS cant detect my battery and its charge level. Could someone help? I am on Mojave (10.14.5) so I have applied the 4 port limit patches I found for Mojave on the config.plist and USB drives are working but external drives still show as internal even with the External drives icon patch too so I am not sure if they are actually working. antrace 0 Posted June 20, 2019 Share Posted June 20, 2019 hello, iam using an asus prime z370 p with an intel i5 8600 and an gigabyte rx 580 on high sierra. everything is working so far except for sleep when i use smbios imac pro 1.1. it will just reboot when it wakes up. on imac 18.3 it works, but ive read imac pro is perfect smbios for rx580. iam not using an dsdt and have no clue how i could patch one myself to fix problems. please could you be so kind and help me patch the dsdt? i just dumped it with clover and my bios is 2001 (latest available from asus for this board) thank you so much regards DSDT.aml.zip Link to post Share on other sites

But how can I do that since I cannot boot from my HDD after I replaced the EFI folder with the EFI for my chipset. Can you guide me how to boot from HDD with your EFI? Best regards.
