I've compiled the latest OC and kexts and started the Big Sur update from my perfectly working Catalina. When I boot up the installer from OC it runs until the first graphical stage, were the Apple logo appears but stops at about 10-15%. After a short while the screen turns back to verbose mode and displays what is seen on the linked picture. Again after a short while the system just reboots.
