kernal panic with xfx rx 590 (solved)

Currently I have mojave installed with intel 630, system very stable. recently i bought a rx590, if i put it, the system will not boot (kernel panic). tried both igpu and primary mode.

Then tried fresh install. What flag i should use for rx 590, default setting will not boot the installer.

system config:

8700k

after using videobios from powercolor rx590, now system boots and shows it dected the card. but the video breaks and cinebench shows its using appple software render.

do u think dst con help here ?

Could you teach me how to replace the XFX RX 590 ROM with the Powecolor RX 590 ROM? I do not know how to do it.

I've already tried and the process fails with the message "Subsystem IDs incorrect".
