[Tutorial] Habilitar Ralink RT2870 (DWA-125) no Mavericks

Para os users que estão tendo problemas com a ativação e comportamento do USB, segue mini tutorial de ativação.


Baixe a ferramenta aqui - Ralink RT2870 wifi chipset 10.9 Mavericks

Feito isso, siga a numeração de instalação, instale o pkg Remove Old Files.pkg e reinicie, depois o Install 5.3.pkg e também reinicie. Feito isso entre em Preferencias do Sistema/Rede e habilite seu adaptador.

Pessoal, seguinte, tenho um note Vaio Fit 15E, conforme assinatura abaixo do avatar, rodando o Mavericks 10.9.4 e tudo ta voando, exceto as portas USB. Ele possui USB 3.0, possuo a kext AppleUSBXHCI v670.4.0 (10.9.2) dento da IOUSBFamily.kext e a GenericUSBXHCI.kext em S/L/E.


Utilizo o adaptador USB D-Link 150 para internet, e foi instalado com o pkg DWA-125, e tudo funciona perfeitamente. Mas quando desplugo o adaptador, o Note reinicia sozinho, isso acontece quando despludo das 4 portas USB que tenho.


Não uso dsdt.aml, e utilizo o bootloader clover em sua última versão, e está habilitado com as flags

Tenta mudar USB/Inject para true.


Tenta ativar também o AddClockID

Por que você usa a AppleUSBXHCI de 10.9.2 no 10.9.4?


Se usa GenericUSBXHCI não precisa usar AppleUSBXHCI modificada, pode deixar a original.


Se usa AppleUSBXHCI modificada é melhor usar a versão certa (683.4.0) ou usar o KextsToPatch do Clover, e não precisa GenericUSBXHCI.

Mas, vamos la...


Usei a kext correta AppleUSBXHCI 10.9.4 e removi a GenericUSBXHCI, inclusive adicionei na EFI, reparei as permissões e o erro continua. Removi a AppleUSBXHCI 10.9.4 e deixei somente a GenericUSBXHCI em S/L/E, reparei as permissões e reiniciei, mas o erro ainda está presente.


Adicionei também as flags no clover, inclusive injetei pelo cloverconfigurator, mas não deu em nada.


Coisinha chata isso, na versão 10.9.2 e 10.9.3 eu nunca tive esses problemas. Desplugando um pendrive, o sistema continua normal, emitindo notificação de que o pendrive foi removido, agora quando desplugo o cabo do adaptador de internet, ele logo reinicia.


Mais alguma ideia? :idea:

experimenta retirar a pen .. e ver se o problema persiste..

O funcionamento das quatro portas usb estão normais, carregando e transferindo muito bem por serem 3.0, o grande erro se da quando retiro o adaptador de internet, é tirar e a tela logo apaga reiniciando o note. Mac foi como disse, nas versões anteriores eu não tinha esse problema.

BOm, achei a solução para o problema, e creio que será também a resolução dos demais que precisam ativar a rede do D-Link 150, ou seja, chipset RT2870. Achei um software que habilita a rede sem causar pane na USB, para quem quiser segue - Ralink RT2870 wifi chipset 10.9 Mavericks


Caso resolvido.
