BC8 Posted October 19, 2023 Share Posted October 19, 2023 I have a Gigabyte Brix i5-5200U. I download the you Laptop Haswell EFI [modded]. I checked the config.plist and the smbios is already MacBookPro12,1 and the boot-args has no_compat_check set. However, your efi with Sonoma for the Apple App Store does boot to the install screen...but on. choosing to install i get the same message like everyone here in the forum... Sonoma cannot be installed on this machine Do I need to use your Sonoma raw image?? why does your efi behave this way.. all parameters seem to be correct. my current hardware is running Monterey with no issues.. efi is self made thru the opencore website.
