VGA WORKS WHEN BOOT FROM USB...DOES NOT WHEN FROM HDD

I3 4150 + GIGABYTE H81M-S + NVIDIA 710 + VGA MONITOR

I SUCCESSFULLY INSTALLED OLARILA CATALINA IN THE ABOVE MACHINE.  INSTALLATION WAS STRAIGHT FORWARD AND NOT EVEN A SINGLE ISSUE WAS FACED . I COPIED THE EFI FOLDER FROM USB TO EFI PARTITION .  WHEN BOOTED FROM USB, EVERYTHING IS OK AND VGA OUTPUT IS THERE . BUT WHEN BOOTED FROM HDD, THE DISPLAY GOES BLANK MIDWAY AND ONLY THERE WILL BE HDMI OUTPUT. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE .

CLOVER BOOT LOGS IN THE TWO SCENARIOS ARE  ATTACHED . I FOUND THAT THE FOLLOWING SEQUENCE IS NOT INITIATED WHEN BOOTING FROM HDD WHICH CAUSE TO BLOCK THE VGA OUTPUT MIDWAY

This also does not help. With this efi folder, the system continuous on a loop of messages related to flush etc .

i tried many other EFI folders but every time , the vga output get turned off midway . USB booting goes without any glitches .

Can u tell me why the booting differs in usb and hdd with same clover version and EFI folder
