Error occured preparing update in Big Sur

Hi, I started installing the BIG SUR 11.3.1 again, so far I haven't been able to get that far, 
but I'm having a big problem and I don't know how to solve it. The boot to the installation works ok
but when it is less than 1 minute I get the message that it is an update error and I can't choose the boot disk. 
I have attached the pictures and config, please help me and thanks in advance.

p.s. Bootloader is clover 5135

CPU - I3 530 2.92MHz, MB - Intel DH55TC, RAM - 4GB (8GB) DDR3 pc1600 ELIXIR with Nanya CHIP'S, VIDEO - Gainward Geforce 210 1024MB, SSD ADATA SU 630 240GB SIERRA, imac 14,4 - imac 19,2.

In the past I have tried beta versions and it doesn't boot at all, it crashes, 
I can only use clover, o.c. it is not detected by the bios.

The bios has uefi boot, because in windows it loads with uefi boot.

The cpu support sse4.2 " Core i7 processors (PAM 0x40-0x47)
Test PAM1=(0x41=11, 0x5a=00, 0x81=0B, 0x91=13) at chipset 00408086 , Install = Success"

is an i7 with only 4 active cores out of 16 and called i3.

Fixed, after several attempts in safe mode, I managed to get over that problem and
I managed to install BIG SUR on this hardware configuration with ssdt 19.1,
but the graphics and sound acceleration does not work, a little help please.

Nobody can help me ??? I tried different ways to activate the sound but it refuses to load 
the drivers, I also tried with alc + lilu and voodoohda but nothing, 
I have alc - 888s codec.

Yes, inject 3 or 5, clover boot detect audio codec, hda codec but big sur no...nothing, i make a photo

Yes, no luck, the sound work in clover boot with test f7 key, applehda not load in bs, please help me, bs work good to my system but must to fix sound, video card buy a next 3-4 days, geforce 710 or 750.
