Now I am totally in Opencore for desktop with windows booting problem. I solve it by choosing windows boot manager. The best part of OC is to use (Vanilla Hackintosh) Catalina + BigSur at different destination installed and boots as SMBIOS Mac Pro 7,1 independently from Clover Bootloader installed on Catalina partition.
