Davi Nobre
After few days digging in how to fix stuffs on my own i will surrender and ask for help in my first hackintosh attempt. My laptop setup: (HP DV5-2080BR) CPU - Intel Core i5 430M Motherboard - Hewlett-Packard 1435 Graphics - Generic Monitor PnP (1280x720@60Hz) Intel HD Graphics (HP) Storage - 223GB KINGSTON SA400S37240G ATA Device Optical Drives - hp BDVDRW CT21L ATA Device Audio - IDT High Definition Audio CODEC  I did try to install multiple Macs using my USB, i've got different issues on them: Catalina = Screen blurry/messed Sierra = Still waiting for root device Maverick = IOHIDSYSTEM: postEvent LLEventQueue overflow I wonder what i am doing wrong, i did some searches and it did say the issue has something up to my usb, but i dont wanna try this kind of things blindy, i wonder if someone could give me a hand. Thank you in advance! Update: Finally i did manage to install: - I did download Yosemite Zone dmg file. - Flashed it. - Installed it using cpus=1 flag. - Booted using cpus=1 flag. - I did manage to log in on operation system using root user. After install: - I did manage to display directories going to findler->preferences (marked show Hard disks) and in sidebar enabled some more directores. - I did delete all flags in extra/org.charmeleon.Boot.plist and added cpus=1 there, now i can boot without the requeriment to put this flag at boot. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Whats missing by priority: graphics, wifi. Whats working: usb, audio, bluetooth, all included apps(kext wizard, charmeleon wizard, clover configuration). What im currently trying: I am trying to make my graphics works, i did install lilu and whatevergreen using kext, also they are being displayed as loaded, but i have no clue how to use yet.  Edit: I did try try to make my graphics work and now its doing kernel panic on boot(before log in screen). It will take a time to make it work, since i will need to install everything again everytime i mess my graphics trying to install it. Davi Nobre
Thank you very much for replying, i am currently downloading the tutorial version one now "Mojave", i did check in maverick and there is no config2.plist, but im pretty sure i did see this config in catalina, going to check it with Mojave once im done downloading/flashing it to usb. Edit: I did install and follow the second link, it did bring me the screen messed/blurry and the last message was: "Still waiting for root device"  Unfortunately i cant even go to installation screen, it get stuck on this. The first link seems like i need a mac, i dont have a mac. Is there any "simple" passthrough for this issue? I would like to at least be able to install, even if there is no driver working, just to know that i am going on the right path.
