Still waiting for root device when booting the installer

Im getting prohibited Icon and still waiting for root device

My device is Asus t300 chi

Intel Core-MY71 Clocked at 1.30GHz

8GB ram

Installing to External SSD

and Intel HD Graphics 5300

Nope

Im also getting APPLEUSBHOST thing

Insufficient power to enable the port

what is this thing

it hangs on it then i get still waiting for root device

and also failed to set configuration

EDIT : I BYPASSED THE PROBLEM BY BOTTLENECKING THE PORT WITH USB 2 hub

but now Im getting a kernel panic... why?
