Hi MaLd0n, thanks for the hard work, I'm new to Hackintosh and cannot get past the initial boot High Sierra installer from stick, the system freezes at Mach Reboot, I cant even get to the installer screen.
I have performed the following in the bios -
Serial Port - off
Sata - set to AHCI
I cannot turn off CSM as then I cannot access the NVMe card
I'm sure this is something basic but I can't seem to find out what it is.

Hi, I have the same problem on my laptop running MacOS Sierra. When I closed the lid for a few minutes and I open it, the laptop won't turn on even if I already pressed the Power button and move my USB Mouse. How can I fix this issue?
